A night of raising funds for Re:Vision as we highlight the stories of immigrants and Latinos that are creating a vibrant and thriving city through food, entrepreneurship and culture.
This is farm-to-table meets Westwood with a little bit of your Abuelita's cooking sprinkled in.
Enjoying a meal is one of life’s most simple pleasures and the Latino culture takes the time to acknowledge that by wishing you “Buen Provecho” when you sit down for a meal. Provecho comes from the word, “aprovechar” which means “to make the most of it.”
Immigrants all over the nation are making the most of it - they are building better lives for all of us, for their children, for their communities. BUEN PROVECHO is a night to celebrate the often times ignored stories of immigrants and the community of Westwood making the most of their talents and skill sets to overcome some of the most severe health, safety, economic and social issues in Denver and raise funds to support Re:Vision’s of cultivating thriving, resilient communities.
