Fermentation Workshop

Come learn how to preserve your food using a method as old as civilization - fermentation!  Participants will learn how to use lactobacillus - that's a tiny yeast that is found in the air and on the skin of most fruits and vegetables - to preserve old from their garden.  

We'll be learning from two pros in the business - Mara and Willow King from Ozuke Foods - who will teach us how to make sauerkraut and kim chi.
